Return Policy for Jersey T-Shirt

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your item delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specific nature of our jersey T-shirts and our fulfillment process, we can only accept returns and issue refunds under limited circumstances.

Accepted Reasons for Return and Refund

A refund or replacement will only be issued if the item you received falls under one of the following categories:

  • Damage Upon Arrival: The T-shirt arrived with physical damage (e.g., tears, holes, significant stains) that occurred during transit and was present before the item was worn or washed.
  • Poor Printing Quality: The graphic print on the T-shirt is significantly flawed (e.g., major cracking, peeling upon arrival, blurry/defective print) and does not match the product description or a reasonable standard of quality.
  • Wrong Item Sent: You received an incorrect size, color, design, or a completely different product from what you ordered.

Required Documentation for Accepted Returns

Reasons Returns Are NOT Accepted

We strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or if you decide you no longer want the item.
  • Worn or Washed Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Minor Variations: Small variations in color or print placement from the website photo, which are a normal part of the production process, are not considered defects.

Process for Approved Returns

  4. Refund/Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement item promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
